A new single family home and garage located on a quiet Elboya street in Calgary.
This project saw the design and construction of a new family home inserted into this idyllic, established neighborhood close to the Elbow River. Our clients had purchased a relative’s older home and after living in it for some time, realized that a new home would best address their needs. The design pushed hard to address their active lifestyle, desire to host friends and family, to provide work and study spaces, and to connect strongly to the outdoors. Besides being an exceptional setting for their life, activity, and art, the home’s new millwork resulted in a wonderfully functional space.
