EMILY jepson DID
EMILY is a born-and-raised Calgarian who briefly lived in Canada's Paradise -- Kelowna, BC -- while achieving her Diploma of Interior Design from The Centre for Arts and Technology and now resides in the small town of Cochrane.
With a history of working as a rep for a lighting supplier, Emily has a great understanding for the evolution of a project and how the "behind the scenes" details need to come together before plans come to fruition. Deciding to pursue a career in interior design at the young age of 13, Emily is thrilled beyond words to finally be designing again, as of July 2016.
When she's not at Placeworks, you can most likely find Emily with a camera or paintbrush in hand, having been involved in the arts since she was a toddler; creating art brings her to her happy place. Baking gourmet cupcakes is also a pastime of Emily's; she often makes her family, friends, and co-workers her culinary guinea pigs.
If she is outside, Emily is barefoot and dancing hula (yes, you read that right!), or happily swimming in any body of water she can get herself into. Inside, you can find her curled up with her two feline fur babies and a good book, practicing her painting skills, or watching a great movie with her boyfriend.
